So if I understand this latest NSA controversy right, an NSA employee took copies of government malware home and put it on his personal PC; which was running Kaspersky; which was scanned; which alerted Kaspersky, an anti-virus company of the malware's existence. And that people are trying to make this out that Kaspersky spies on computers for government files for Russia.
