when you gotta admit to yourself that something isn't fun and gotta stop doing it even if you haven't finished/perfected it yet

sometimes i get to be too much of a completionist about games and it can make it incredibly difficult for me to actually enjoy the experience, not to mention doing so many irrelevant things that i never end up actually finishing the game like everyone else

sometimes games just don't have enough fresh content to keep me occupied, and game progress becomes monotonous
