I really adore Star Wars as a whole.

But...seriously, dislike of the new films doesn't mean the originals/prequels are suddenly wayyyy better than you remember.

On the other hand, yeah they probably don't deserve -all- the hatred that comes their way, especially prequels.

We can work out a good way to criticize without...blatant hatred or blatant adoration.

Some people seem to assume that as soon as you stop loving something you have to hate it, and as soon as you stop hating something you have to love it.

That's...not true.
