   when people try to insult your appearance, it's because that's what hurts them so they assume it will hurt you

   when people attack your intentions for doing good, it's because they are shitty and can't imagine helping people without ulterior motive

   other people's insecurities are super obvious and can only affect you if you, too, are insecure

      @GinnyMcQueen nobody can ever successfully offend you if you can always assume that they meant something helpful and/or complimentary, and either find a way to read/ hear it that way, or just leave it at that and move on.

      @ginnymcqueen When they do that it is because they can't find anything of substance to insult, so I never feel hurt by those.
      BTW I am going to start using the term "Sanctimonious fat-ass" to insult people :-P.
