    tbh if you wanna call yourself bi or pan then feel free to, both terms are equally valid and it really all comes down to preference.

    i used to call myself pan until i realised that bi was basically the same thing but with more history and saturation throughout society, and it felt to me personally like it'd be good to reclaim the word bi from the assholes who wanted to insist on excluding trans folks with it. not to mention i just like the sound of it better?

      pan basically means "i'm into everyone" while bi means "i'm into both same and different genders simultaneously"

      bi can be a little bit confusing because it's not as straightforward to explain. but it's pretty much the same either way.

      there are personal reasons to use both terms and those should be respected, but do know that bi IS NOT a trans-exclusive term

      use whatever you like best and don't judge others on liking a different term.
