@baldur Is it just me, or does this piece make it out like there's something about marginalized people that make them unable to code? As if the free software world hasn't been populated by weirdos from day one.. Maybe I'm misreading it, it doesn't make clear what kind of marginalization is at issue.
Bias against non-coders is valid criticism however. We should work towards having structures that value everyone's contributions. Like, set up a chatroom where users or fledgling admins can ask silly questions and put some cool people in charge of it. Get more UX people involved. Perform surveys on users to find out what they really want.
