         I disagree with #JuliaReda on this point very much. It is definatly the EU to blame for. And it even doesen't matter for what people voted in favour of Art.11 and 13.

         It is happening through the institutions of the #EU, enabeling top down decisions where most of those being effected by are nearly completly excluded from the desicion making installed by the EU.

         It is absolutly about the EU.
