@artsyhonker that would be sandwich territory for me. I like tuna mayo and jalapeños, sardines and tomato sauce, houmous and roasted peppers (from the jar) with feta. But my favourite sandwich is the New Yorker: mix mayo and English mustard (about 3:1 mix), spread on bread/roll, top off pastrami, jalapeños, gherkins, salad and emmintal cheese.
