Vertigo@HerraBRE @Ashrand I can assert that when you *upload* content to Youtube, there's verbiage on the upload page indicating that they can monetize your video, even if you don't check the "monetize" checkbox. (That checkbox merely says, "I want a fraction of the cash you make from showing ads." It does *not* prevent Google from showing ads on the video in absolute terms.)
