@ArtistMarciaX I don’t think the native Mastodon frontend supports multiple accounts. I use Firefox Containers for it, isolating the instances: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/multi-account-containers/
You could also try using Pinafore, which I believe supports adding multiple accounts: https://pinafore.social/
