@PhoneBoy that's the plateau reduced caloric intake kind of does, from what I remember reading. You need to trick the body again.
Gut flora is also important.
I need to get gig fit again. I've cut alcohol way down from the relative little I drink (surprise surprise) but energy drinks are the killer. I've replaced those with coffee.
