      @NYbill Oh, I assumed you'd heard that one when I mentioned it! Yes, the next one is about apostrophes, which was a lesson I either didn't listen to as a kid or was badly explained. Hope it's useful to some when I finally release it.

         @perloid Work has been so busy lately, I had a bit of a back log on podcasts.

         But, I had a lazy, long driving, service work day today. So, I was playing catch up.

            @NYbill I know the backlog problem well. I currently have an 8Gb backlog - and I'm retired and listen to podcasts for a large proportion of the day! I might have too many subscriptions...

               @perloid @NYbill I recently got a digital subscription of the Economist. Their weekly audio edition is 8 hours long. This doesn't improve things...

                     @NYbill @perloid well it's just all the articles from the print edition in a row. I just haven't figured out yet how to selectively listen to certain articles efficiently.

                        @beni @NYbill Don't some audio formats have chapters? I've heard of them but know nothing about them. I don't think RockBox can deal with them, for example. I've also seen the cuesheet idea, which RockBox does support (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cue_sheet_(computing)). You'd need to have times for all the articles of course.

                           @perloid @NYbill @beni Some podcasts have chapter marks :) I think you can hack mp3 to have that and mp4 might have it by default

                  @beni @NYbill I haven't done anything like that (yet) but it's entirely possible I'd find something desirable and longer than is good for me!
