I'm still having trouble with the server freezing up every now and then, I'm now again trying to figure out what goes wrong. I noticed mysql was throwing errors in the kernel log, apparmor is stopping it from starting up and throws a error very frequently. I do not use mysql, so now I have disabled that.
So now I have to let things sit again and if it happens again I have to look more into it.
It does at least make it easier to dig around in the logs, since now I wont have thousands of error messages logged from mysql not starting up.
