PelagiaAny advice for someone on a newly formed "diversity council" which includes my boss who is so anti-diversity but believes she is awesome? I feel really stuck. I was personally invited to be part of this group but if my boss is there, I'm not sure I can take part. But I have looked forward to this for the last year and now I'm sad. Thoughts?
