Goodnight friends! A little more of a break in the weather, no settled gloom or damp today. Instead moving skies & sun & bluster that made the bright skies exhilarating rather than soporific.

I took advantage of my growing light-tolerance & a more bearable steady, background whine of nausea to get active & outside more—I hung the laundry up outside to whirl & writhe around in the busy air. The special, nurturing joy of housework!
