I've found a condo that fits my budget, is in the perfect location, and has enough space for all of us.

The issue with it is that all the windows face a wall, so there's no view and not so much sunlight.

It checks so many boxes, but that one issue feels so major to me. I feel like with living in a country with a low cost of living, I should be able to buy my dream home, but condos really aren't that cheap here.

I feel like maybe I should wait for something else, but then I might lose this one
