About a year and a half ago I slipped into a 3 month long bout of psychosis and said a LOT of embarrassing things on social media when I was crazy.
All the time between then and now, having gone from a six figure salary to relying on my parents, too many symptoms until a few months ago to do anything productive, has been very challenging. But I've been reluctant to reach out to people out of fear of embarrassing myself again and being too much of a whiner.
