Recommendations for standout talks to watch from the recent refactor camp?

Toby Shorin's "A New Era of Trust" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C7C5hRoDqEo&feature=youtu.be&t=3h29m58s) was great. Some thoughts:

• I learned on my most recent job that there is a truly amazing appetite from businesses for third-party visuals that give the appearance of credibility & external validation.

• "trust on the blockchain" was interesting but was a little handwavey—as long as humans are making the judgement calls visuals will remain dominant imo
