Data loss experienced in the form of a wrecked partition table on a 2TB portable hard drive resulting from unreliable electric current during travel.

Trying to reconstruct an ext4 partition using gpart. Happy days.

It's not the end of the world because this is a backup disk, but it will save me many hours (or possibly days) of restoring things back to normal if I can just recreate that partition table.

Any alternative suggestions that may possibly work are welcome.
