      @priryo In all seriousness noise is a big issue here now but there are so many potential answers.

      Why do we still have humans living in Victorian-cheapo terraced houses with permanent traffic jams right outside the front door? Move the people into fit-for-2018 housing and knock down the unfit buildings.

      And so much noise avoidance is basically not being a nob. Don't move into a semi detached and hang the TV and speakers on the shared wall, for example.
