    Well it's interesting having developers writing that telemetry is just used to build "great projects". Could be, but could also not be. In fact when communities around software-projects are "flawed" as some developers noted, for example from #Diaspora, you could already do your thing and the people would come back for criticism. It's not about being just successful. It's about privacy and therefore collecting telemetry is always a bad idea when people are not asked initially, even when stated that data is just collected in an anonymous way. There is no such thing and it's this kind of thinking which had finally taken me away from projects like #Diaspora for example. Instead building an antithesis it's just about building another kind of "social network". #Stop-Playing-Bullshit
