The following is true (And yes @mono it is factual, and I have known about it for many years) John Lennon hated his voice, so much so, that he used to get George Martin to apply a considerable amount of #echo to it in the recording process. And as we all know, there was nothing wrong with his voice whatsoever. (Outside of the recording process)
