A traditional light breakfast fare in parts of Luzon, Kesong Puti (literally, "white cheese") and bread, served with coffee or hot chocolate.

This cottage cheese in the #Philippines are sold wrapped in Banana leaves, though you'd find some in plastic packaging.

It reminds me of my mother who favors this cheese for her breakfast (which, of course must be had with pan de sal), and the green leaves because that's her favorite color.
