I am super thankful that I got to travel this summer
But credit card bills are coming due and my reimbursements are nowhere to be seen
It should be illegal to ask an employee to give an institution an interest-free loan in the form of paying up-front for work-related conferences, etc. and then reimbursing that expense later
The current system seems really exploitative, and we have the technology to do prepaid credit cards or whatever
Make it happen
