Call is in an other queue. See issue, know how to fix it, thanks to Tech1 (senior to most). TechOther is taking care of it, but fumbling. So I suggest to Tech1 that he should help TechOther out. Tech1 says nah, he'll let the guy figure it out himself.
Guy can't figure it out, tosses us the call and is assigned to Tech2. Talk to Tech2, say that I know the fix, Tech2 says I can take the call.
