Learned last night that BSA's Youth Protection Training (YPT) is available to everyone, not just paid leaders in Scouting. That's very cool.

If you're in an organization that deals with youth and perhaps doesn't have the resources to develop a full protection training program, you should consider going through this one. It is the best I've done. Scary stuff to talk about, but worth it to be prepared.
