   I'd like to think developers develop their knowledge with potentially new concepts. Programmers work with what they've already got and that's exactly the reason why I want out of my current job.
   
   Nobody wants to learn anything. If it's different, it's assumed bad.

      @thatbrickster I'm always trying to learn something new - new concepts, ways of thinking. Stretch myself. If you're not in a stimulating environment then time to leave.
