End of summer-Stay me with flagons, comfort me with apples: for I am sick of love.

It will soon be time to wrap up the garden. The beans are stringy, squash are fading, carrots are ready to pull. Time to add compost, cover crops or straw. The honeycrisp apples are ready. They will be sliced very thin and dried into chips.
