iona 🐝@Graham_Mitchell @dajbelshaw I'm not Doug, but the Phone Co-Op does very little technical work itself. If you buy the Phone Co-Op, you're buying a TalkTalk service for more money - they literally just resell TalkTalk, an ISP of questionable quality.
AAISP on the other hand is expensive (too expensive for me) but they are independent and mostly run their own infrastructure, with highly technically competent support staff and a strong no-censorship stance.
