    mastodon v4.2.0 patch notes:
    - adds a SCORE counter to everyone's profile. FAVs are worth 10 points, BOOSTs are worth 100, FOLLOWs are worth a constant multiple of their SCORE.
    - every instance maintains a leaderboard showing everyone's SCORE.
    - the person with the highest SCORE's posts are automatically inserted into everyone's timelines
