Please boost this if you have a moment! These are two of the best introductory resources I've found:
1) self-advocacy and "social model" focused (while not emphasizing "impairment" as "opposite of disabled")
2) self-dx and questioning inclusive, which is *really* important for women, POC, trans and enby folks, and people in the school system pre-1990s
3) animation version is helpful for people who have difficulties with text
