Downes 🍁25x50 Day 9. Rented a big heavy bike and cycled a difficult 52.5 km today at an ultra-slow pace. The scenery, though, was beautiful as I went up the riverside trail from Cornwall to the Long Sault Parkway on the St. Lawrence.
