Joseph DeFazio :fosstodon:@foggy Are you hosting your email with Gmail? If not, you shouldn't need to add anything from them to your DNS. You need DKIM / SPF set up in your DNS though to avoid being considered spam, even if your IP isn't blacklisted (which you should also check).
