George Dorn@somarasu It's basically textbook microaggressions that the author of the listing doesn't even mean to include, but which keeps members of underrepresented groups from applying. For the longest time, pronoun choices were the worst offenders, but referring to the candidate as 'he' seems to be on the decline.
