A number of people including @trianderror and @pertho have asked about #alternatives to the fitness service #Strava.
By their very nature, GPS tracking services will know where you are and where you've been, so the data they record can be particularly sensitive.
Does anyone know of any open source GPS fitness tracking apps/sites?

@switchingsocial @trianderror @pertho OSMAnd has a GPX feature which records things like distance, altitude, path followed and average speed too. Its pretty neat and its on FDroid.
