   Are you running FreeNAS, @theru ?

   Seems 11.2 had a UI change from previous versions. Its making it a bit difficult to learn it as every web page/youtube vid references the old way of doing things.

   But, I'm plodding along. If I'm going to learn it anyway, I might as well learn the new version.

      @NYbill I'm on Freenas 11.1-u5 the 11.2 is still beta and from what I get it's still a bit unstable. But you can switch to the old UI on it.

         @theru I might as well learn the new stuff. This is probably better then just watching a set up video, then forget it all after it's running.

               @theru yea I'm getting there. The machine is set up and headless. Pool is set up. Share was set up last night. Tonight I'll sort out permissions and put a link to the share on the laptops.
