      There are many tools out there, dozens, I've only used a few.

      Your choice will most likely depend a bit if they want a web-based application, or they want a desktop GUI application, if they already have Microsoft Project files they need to import, if they are already trained using Microsoft Project or similar.
      All are pretty easy to get started with, and computer skills may be less relevant than project management skills and experience using gantt charts for scheduling.
