   So I've been thinking about signing up for a #Medium account to see if I can get any extra eyes on my blog content. Went to sign up, but there's a problem - I don't have Facebook, and I don't want to link my Google account with Medium. Um, why can't I just sign up with an email?

      @kev I ran into the same issue. It turns out that you can de-link your the account as soon as your Medium account is created and go to just a email login. So, it's bad, but not *quite* as bad as it look. (Still crazy, though)
