Hey everyone, let's do an introduction: I've been living with anxiety and depression all of my life, I'm 30+ now and live in Europe. Recently my mental health has declined and this outlet is my way of taking the very first step to realize my dream of writing about mental health and all the tips and tricks I've learned.
