z428People providing software with a hard dependency on Microsoft SQL Express of "some" version (because it's "what we know to use") - who then fail to do even a basic setup of such an infrastructure on a clean, newly installed machine, asking to please just "re-install the box" after three failed MSSQL install attempts.
