Made #Mango Fool tonight!
1-2 ripe mangoes peeled, coarsely chopped, plus slices for garnish
10 mL lime zest and juice
15 mL orange juice
10 mL powdered sugar
200 mL heavy cream
Peel mangoes, cut into chunks. Puree in blender or food processor with orange and lime juices. Refrigerate overnight. Whip cream with powdered sugar until peaks form. Fold mango puree into whipped cream. Mint sprigs for garnish are optional. #dessert #recipe
