Dear friends, I am happy to share great news from Russia: a new Federal Law that entered into force on August 4th, 2018 firmly states that all Russian citizens can build a house on their land BY NOTIFICATION only. From now on we do not need to get any permissions from local authorities. The only thing we have to do is to NOTIFY the authorities that we are about to build a house. The owners of the land are allowed to build a house for personal needs and living the way they want using any material and project without any permissions!
