Hey. It’s ok to feel overwhelmed, sad, a bit down, etc. There is no human in history that can be confident and happy all the time. Sometimes, it all gets to be a bit much.
Don’t beat yourself up in these moments. Rather do the reverse. Connect with a loved one, do something nice for yourself, be still for a bit. Just do something positive strictly and totally for you.
Be kind to yourself when you need it. And don’t feel bad about it at all.
