    Okay, so THAT's interesting

When I disable the weird and bad new 'DNS over HTTPS' malfeature in Firefox 60, ALL PAGES STOP LOADING AT ALL.

Set it back from '5' to '0', and it works.

Ugh. So is this Cloudflare crap no longer optional???

Mozilla, this is terrible. Either use the actual Internet protocols, or get off the Internet.

    Mozilla 52 still works fine.

@natecull IMO DoH is a fine feature to bolt on some security without ripping out a large chunk of the internet.

that being said, the choice of using cloudflare as the default for firefox is deplorable, inexcusable, and I don't support it either.

there are more and more alternative hosted DoH servers coming up, and many that you can self-host as well.
