Wew! My DoH (DNS over HTTPS) server code is finally working properly, and firefox is using it no problemo!
Just have to finish implementing the spec! Too bad Firefox doesn't follow the spec, had to change some rules to get it to work properly.

@thurloat Are you implementing an alternative to the Cloudflare DNS thing?
@thurloat How does it work? Who are you using for DNS?
@Modern_Industrial DoH is pretty simple, it basically just tunnels raw DNS messages through HTTP/2 sockets to encapsulate them and keep prying eyes out.
the spec calls them "DNS API Servers". It can be backed by whatever privacy focused DNS provider.
when I deploy it initially it'll most likely use opennic DNS servers.
no thorough plans yet though, we'll see
