   Question: When considering buying a car from kijiji (or craiglist), do you request a test drive and then discuss price? Or do you throw a price out there, as a starting point, to make sure a test drive isn't a waste of everyone's time (reserving the right to continue negotiating have the test drive, of course)?

      @ink_slinger I wish I knew more about that as well. Have passed up on offering and asking questions to private sales because I have no idea the expected process.

         @thurloat I can't even base it on my experience as a seller. I'm trying, so far unsuccessfully, to sell my scooter and about half the replies are "is it still available?" and the other half are lowball offers.
