@kaniini Sometime when you're not doing anything else, maybe you can say something about #SILC, which also seemed to have been generated by friction in the IRCv3 process.

Disclosure: I've never liked #IRC, but I learned to tolerate IRC by using SILC. I have a fondness toward it, even though I haven't used it in years.
