   - It'll have to come out.
   - What?
   - Your whole mouth. It's bad.
   - Really?
   - I can replace it with this prosthesis, but it'll cost you $20,000.
   - Oh my God!

   A dentist could tell me just about anything and I'd have no choice but to believe them. Picking a dentist is basically a lottery, because you don't have any way of telling if they're a good one.

   I guess this is how end users must feel about IT people...

      My favorite dentist I went to only once for an emergency filling had his parents in the waiting room, waiting to see where their sin worked. I just knew that's the kind of dentist you can trust. @thorthenorseman
