This group came into being via the merger of the "Policies & Moderation" and "Membership" working groups in 5/2018.
The scope of this group needs to be more specifically defined, but it covers user policy development & enforcement, membership onboarding, etc.

Group Roles:
- Matt Cropp currently occupies a emergent founder role, receiving reports and processing new member applications. The group is in the process of developing an Operations Team that will formalize much of what he is doing.
- Matt Noyes has access to the member application approval interface, and has been working on the Code of Conduct.
- Standing Jury: A group, elected to a 6 month term that ends February 15, 2019, that moderation decisions may be referred to by the ops team. The current group consists of: Michele Kipiel, Megan, Fabian Hereidia Montiel, Thomas Beckett, Simon Grant, GI McGrew, Dave V. ND3JR, and Gil Scott Fitzgerald.
