      Yo @SLRock Ry and David, quite tasty. Thank you brother. Of all the festivals I've done over time NOLA Jazz festival ranks at the top of the list.

         @YoVinnie I'd love to make it someday. To NO or more precisely to a jazz festival in that neck of the woods.

         Ry and David are just two of many fine musicians my father turned me on to. I can recall that the more plainly Americana and Country artists seemed way less "cool" until I matured further. Cooder, and Lindley more particularly, always sounded fun, even to a wee sprout. Something universal, agile, genre-less and ad-hoc about those two wizards and their craftsmanship.

            Yo @SLRock 2018 Jazz fest comes up last week-end in April and the 1st weekend in May. The shows at the festival are awesome, but the gigs at night until the wee, wee hours are where it's at.
